15224 Autoloader ALE: picker microswitch activated before plate seek, check switch, cable and plate_jog_y Platesetter_3244 Resume if possible. Before the picker moves in to sense the depth of the plate stack, it checks that the picker microswitch is not already activated, if it is then this error is generated. This could be caused by a faulty picker microswithc or cable. There are two picker microswitches behind the outer two sucction cups that sense when the cup spring is compressed. They are connected in parallel and are closed when the cup is NOT compressed, therefore if this error is reported, either the wire from the picker transition board to the first micro switch is faulty or both picker microswitches are open circuit. This is only reported if the pms is enabled.
